Payroll Specialist

The candidate reports to the PayRoll Area Manager and performs the following activities:

  • payroll processing of all types of contracts and sectors;
  • the management of periodic and annual compliance and of every operation related to personnel administration;
  • direct contact with the assisted companies to provide consultancy in the work cycles managed.

WE REQUIRE
A diploma and/or degree in economic/legal disciplines, resident in ROME, experience in a similar position preferably gained within the offices of the personnel of medium-large-sized professional firms and excellent mastery in the use of IT tools.

Knowledge of the ZUCCHETTI paghe WEB or Paghe Project system will be an advantage.

WE OFFER Employment with CCNL STUDI PROFESSIONALI at a level corresponding to the actual skills and experience of the candidate.

In support of the economic position envisaged by the CCNL, an incentive-based remuneration system, a company welfare plan and the possibility of accessing internal training courses are provided for.

Secretariat/Switchboard Apprentice

The candidate works in the front office of the offices of the Roma Eur headquarters, they are a young person who takes care of back office, receptionist, switchboard and general secretariat.

WE REQUIRE
A diploma, residence in ROME preferably in areas near to the company, good standing and good dialectics. Excellent use of the office package.

WE OFFER a 6-month full-time apprenticeship.

HR Manager

The ideal candidate will have to plan, direct and evaluate the HR function of the Group, defining and supervising all the operations necessary for the management of hiring, recruitment, training, remuneration policies and career development plans.

The manager will report directly to the BoD and will be responsible for the management and development of the company’s human capital.

WE REQUIRE
A degree in humanities/economics, preferably with a master’s degree in human resources, resident in Rome but with availability for weekly transfers nationally, excellent knowledge of the office package and a particular focus on digital innovations and implementation of new management software.

The profile is completed by experience in the task of at least 8 years acquired within structured medium/large companies in the services sector.

Content Creator e Social Media Specialist

The resource we are looking for will oversee the production of the contents for corporate communication to be transmitted across all media (digital and non-digital), and specifically:

  • They will search for topics related to the sector and will define editorial plans
  • They will produce marketing material to advertise our services, write blog posts on related topics and promote our content on social media.
  • They will prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms, interviews with group professionals and incorporate their opinions into blog posts.
  • They will conduct keyword searches and use SEO guidelines to optimise content
  • They will promote content on social networks and monitor it
  • They will identify customer needs and recommend new topics
  • They will coordinate the marketing and design team to illustrate the articles
  • They will update our websites as required

WE REQUIRE
A diploma and/or degree in Marketing and digital communication or equivalent culture, resident in Rome, excellent writing and editing skills also in English, at least 2 years experience in the role of Content Creator and/or copywriter gained c/o communication agencies and/or marketing departments of medium/structured B2B companies, a portfolio of published articles, experience with content management systems (e.g. WordPress) and familiarity with SEO

Practising Accountant

The resource will develop a path of professional growth within the company, supported by internal contacts.

What are the requirements:
– Practical experience of at least 5/8 months at other accounting firms;– knowledge of general accounting, financial statements, VAT …;– sufficient autonomy in the tax returns of companies and individuals.

Among the activities to be performed, in addition to those of general accounting, liquidation of VAT and reconciliation of accounting records, the candidate must process documents at the offices of the Revenue Agency, file documents and other tax and administrative obligations required by the job.

Knowledge of the Zucchetti software is preferred.

The profile is completed by professionalism, pro activity, a predisposition to team work, organisation and a willingness to undertake the training course.
