During the election of its new administrative body, NexumStp elected twice as many members to its new Board of Directors as in the previous term. This decision was made to ensure the broadest representation of professional families and the various regions. External members are included on the Board of Directors to ensure a focus on new market directions geared towards innovation and sustainability. It is no coincidence that NexumStp has become a Benefit Corporation.
The newly formed Board of Directors faces several challenges, as it is called upon to lead a corporate group and a professional network that currently comprises over 150 organizations located throughout Italy, with 44 Partners (Salary and Equity) and 253 affiliates through the Nexum Net network.
The Group aims to further grow in the consulting market by strengthening its expertise in its core professional areas.

Made up of leading professionals responsible for overseeing compliance with the law, the Articles of Association, and the principles of sound management, it works in parallel with the Board of Directors to strengthen the Company’s key aspects while maintaining the necessary independence to perform scrupulous oversight activities as required by applicable regulations.
