An alliance of people working to create a shared promise, a fair and transparent commitment, and a source of mutual growth and evolution.
Umbrian consultancy firm Paolo Distrutti has become a partner of NexumSTP, the large consultancy firm that assists more than ten thousand small and medium-sized companies in the legal, tax and employment sectors across Italy. NexumSTP is included in the Financial Times FT 1000 ranking of the fastest growing companies in Europe. The arrival of Distrutti’s firm, which has been based in Umbertide for almost thirty years, is part of an ambitious national expansion project that will be increasingly strategic in guaranteeing support to businesses in the Umbrian territory, especially in the Altotevere area. NexumSTP has provided employment and industrial relations support to many Umbrian companies operating in every sector, from engineering and woodworking to the service industry and third sector. It has also worked with companies outside the region, and has recently started a collaboration with a large company based in Lombardy.
Paolo Distrutti, owner of the firm, said: “From today, with our entry into NexumSTP, our firm and the companies that use our services in the territory will be able to benefit from greater efficiency. This will translate into increasingly fast responses and even more comprehensive solutions, thanks to integrated multidisciplinary consultancy services made possible by the synergies between professional firms. First and foremost, they will have access to innovative technologies and tools, which are indispensable for dealing with the complexity of the world of work (which has been completely transformed by the pandemic), and which would otherwise be difficult for a single firm to achieve”.
At Nexumstp, new legislation is managed by technical committees made up of specialists who issue up-to-date processes to be applied following careful analysis, to make sure that news and information is properly circulated. This dynamic has become essential for companies to keep abreast of changes in the law, also in the light of the current pandemic situation.
“In a country as complex as Italy, being connected to local business is essential. Only the people who live in a specific area will have specific knowledge of the problems and strengths of that area and the specificities of each production chain. Given the huge importance of local laws and regulations, having local experts like Paolo Distrutti in every Italian region is a unique advantage for our group. This partnership, which will support the Perugia office, consolidates our presence in Umbria,” concluded Paolo Stern, chairman of NexumSTP.
NexumSTP is a professional partnership born from the merger of some of the most prestigious Italian tax and employment consultancy firms. It combines innovation and dynamism with the tradition, culture and values of professional boards and associations. NexumSTP is ranked 61st in the annual FT 1000 ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, published by the Financial Times.
