Petrella’s technical role will be strategic “for the important role that the agency has and will have, also in view of the opportunities that will come with the Recovery Plan”, as pointed out by the Campidoglio’s chief of staff, Albino Ruberti.
Born in 1981, Matteo Petrella is a chartered accountant, auditor and impact assessor. He holds a degree in Business Economics from the University of Roma Tre, a Master’s degree in Governance, Control Systems and Internal Auditing, and sits on the committee of experts of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Rome, specialising in criminal law in the economy, with a focus on the administrative liability of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
Among his numerous collaborations, Petrella holds auditing positions for several leading companies, including Poste Vita, Banca di Credito Popolare di Torre del Greco, Longano Eolica, and Engie Rinnovabili.
“I am proud to be able to offer Roma Servizi per la Mobilità my consulting and business management skills, which I developed in a dynamic and innovative company such as NexumStp. The service improvement objectives for a complex city like Rome are very ambitious and range from safety to traffic reduction. With the Recovery Plan’s resources, however, we also have the opportunity to embrace sustainability.”, said Petrella.
