NexumStp SpA equity partner Michele Regina has been appointed director general of Assosomm, the Italian Association of Employment Agencies, alongside the new board of directors elected at the meeting held last 23 February in Milan.

NexumStp partner since 2019, Michele Regina heads the employment department of the large business consulting group that assists around 22,000 SMEs through its 500 employees and 59 offices across Italy. Mr Regina is an employment consultant and speaker in ordinary, corporate and academic settings. He also lectures on the Human Resources Development, Management and Administration MA programme at the Alma Laboris Business School in Rome.
His experience was gained over years as a manager in important Italian labour intensive companies, where he operated first as personnel director and then as general manager and managing director. Some of the companies he has worked for are Roma Multiservizi, Gruppo Garofalo, Tempor, During, and Jacorossi Imprese.
Michele Regina took part in the drafting of the latest national collective bargaining employment contract in force.
