November 2023 – NexumStp attended the international ETL Global Conference 2023 in Berlin as a partner in the network of which it has been a member since last year. Choosing to join the prestigious ETL Global network was a decisive step toward internationalisation.
The three-day event, which took place in a former brewery converted into a modern event space, brought together more than 250 professionals from around 40 countries. The main theme of the conference was Managing the Professional Service Firm. Experts discussed a range of strategic issues for the consulting market, from innovative recruitment and incentives, to an in-depth look at communication and the most effective brand strategies.
During the annual presentation of new entrants, which included NexumStp and other companies, managing partner Massimo Nardini commented: “ETL Global’s international conference was a unique opportunity to create synergies, get to know network members better, and strengthen valuable relationships between different international companies. Exchanging experiences with colleagues from other countries proved to be very useful to spark new ideas and to embrace new perspectives.”
