New alliances for the resolution of business crises: Nexum Restructuring is born

The new company, Nexum Restructuring, is based in Padua and will operate across Italy, providing consultancy services focused around business crisis resolution, to support the recovery at a time where many businesses all over the country find themselves in delicate economic circumstances.
The company will offer businesses opportunities for strategic recovery thanks to turnaround processes and in-depth knowledge of the funding instruments best suited to each case, drawing on its strengths and the experience gained from successfully delivering particularly complex restructuring projects with the Nexum Nord Est team. The company is mainly made up of lawyers and accountants with significant sector experience and knowledge of the crisis resolution tools required by companies and entrepreneurs.
SC&A is led by founding partners Enrico Grigolin, Filippo Lo Presti and Francesco Ferri de Lazara, who lead the multidisciplinary firm with a predominantly regional reach. Thanks to this alliance, Nexumstp will be able to take advantage of these specialised skills, which will guarantee the national growth of the newly formed Nexum Restructuring.

Nexum Restructuring can rely on a team of more than 10 consultants, with a turnover target of around €2 million by 2021 and €4 million by 2022.
