The launch of Nexum Nord Est Srl, a subsidiary of Nexumstp Spa, and the arrival of new partner Trovato – who has been based in Padua for almost thirty years – are part of an ambitious expansion project that will be increasingly strategic in guaranteeing support for businesses in the Veneto region.
Mirko Trovato, director of the company, confirmed: “From today, by joining NexumStp, the new structure of Nexum Nord Est and the companies that use our services will be able to benefit from greater efficiency thanks to a more streamlined operation. This will translate into increasingly fast responses and even more complete and innovative solutions, thanks to multidisciplinary consulting made possible by the synergies of aggregation and the expertise of different professionals. At a critical time like this, knowing how to intercept problems in advance, and having the tools to resolve a company crisis, as well as seizing the opportunities that the market can offer, will be an important driver of support for business owners called upon to make vital decisions for their company”.
“In a country as complex as Italy, being connected to local business is essential. Only the people who live in a specific area will have specific knowledge of the problems and strengths of that area and the specificities of each production chain. Given the huge importance of local regulations, having established specialists such as Mirko Trovato in every Italian region is a unique advantage for our group. This new entry consolidates our presence in Veneto, where SMEs (historically NexumStp’s main clients), make up a very large part of the region’s economy,” concluded NexumStp CEO, Mauro Zanin.
Alongside the work that Trovato and his collaborators already carry out, Nexum Nord Est will mainly deal with tax consulting, tax planning, financial assistance and support, M&A operations and LBO (leveraged buyouts). During the past year of the Coronavirus emergency, Nexum Nord Est has supported several companies through the conversion of their market segments, adding to their knowledge and directing them towards the new areas of market demand. For example, chemicals companies have started producing disinfectants; upholstery firms have added face masks to their production operations, and some machining firms have restructured in order to carry out fusion processes in sectors with more intensive infrastructure investment. Other smaller, non-manufacturing companies that have found themselves in financial difficulty have been helped in evaluating ways to integrate with companies that have an industrial mindset. Finally, the establishment of joint ventures between entrepreneurs in the same sector has often been the best way to maximise the effects of energy and seismic upgrading incentives.
NexumSTP is a professional partnership born from the merger of some of the most prestigious Italian tax and employment consultancy firms. It combines innovation and dynamism with the tradition, culture and values of professional boards and associations. NexumSTP is ranked 61st in the annual FT 1000 ranking of Europe’s fastest-growing companies, published by the Financial Times.
