From the experience of Mkecomm comes Nexum Nord Est Srl

The Veneto-based business consultancy firm has transferred its activities to Nexum Nord Est Srl. Mkecomm partner Mirko Trovato has become a partner in NexumStp Spa, a company that assists over ten thousand SMEs in Italy in the legal, tax and employment sectors.
The agreement will generate synergies aimed at promoting growth and economic development for local businesses. This is also an important step in light of the numerous changes in the production structure, which have affected many local companies during the coronavirus emergency.

The launch of Nexum Nord Est Srl, a subsidiary of Nexumstp Spa, and the arrival of new partner Trovato – who has been based in Padua for almost thirty years – are part of an ambitious expansion project that will be increasingly strategic in guaranteeing support for businesses in the Veneto region.

Mirko Trovato, director of the company, confirmed: “From today, by joining NexumStp, the new structure of Nexum Nord Est and the companies that use our services will be able to benefit from greater efficiency thanks to a more streamlined operation. During the past year of the Coronavirus emergency, Nexum Nord Est has supported several companies through the conversion of their market segments, adding to their knowledge and directing them towards the new areas of market demand. For example, chemicals companies have started producing disinfectants; upholstery firms have added face masks to their production operations, and some machining firms have restructured in order to carry out fusion processes in sectors with more intensive infrastructure investment. Other smaller, non-manufacturing companies that have found themselves in financial difficulty have been helped in evaluating ways to integrate with companies that have an industrial mindset. Finally, the establishment of joint ventures between entrepreneurs in the same sector has often been the best way to maximise the effects of energy and seismic upgrading incentives.
