The agreement for the entry of F&M Group into NexumStp has been signed. The two major business consultancy firms are joining forces to offer increasingly diversified and comprehensive services to entrepreneurs and companies in an efficient manner. In a complex economic moment, especially for SMEs, the aim of the two companies is to guide their clients through the construction of solid, healthy businesses.
F&M Group, together with Rome-based firm BD & Partners, has around 150 accountants, lawyers, labour consultants, administrators and employees, and is present in 15 provinces, primarily in northern Italy: Mantua – where the F&M Consulenti d’Azienda holding is based – Bergamo, Bolzano, Cuneo, Ferrara, Genoa, Modena, Monza and Brianza, Parma, Pordenone, Reggio Emilia, Turin, Trento and Verona, as well as Messina. Its areas of activity, managed by 26 business units, range from the more traditional – such as administration, tax and labour – to high value-added services of a strategic and managerial nature, with specialist skills in company and tax law, financial statements and accounting, corporate finance, labour consultancy and M&A.

The operation is part of an ambitious national expansion project that Nexumstp has been implementing since 2019 through the acquisition of new partners. Thanks to the partnership with F&M Group, NexumStp is able to extend its presence in a capillary manner in northern Italy by strengthening commercial penetration through the 26 business units of the F&M Group.
