NexumStp acquires a stake in Ambire Srl SB

NexumStp SpA has become a shareholder of Ambire Srl SB by acquiring a 50% stake in the company. The aim is to develop the portfolio of services related to human capital: recruitment and selection, assessment, training, coaching and outplacement, the specialist areas of Ambire SB, a strategic consulting company founded 20 years ago and transformed into a Benefit Company in 2020.

Thanks to this operation, the Nexum Group can extend the consulting services offered to the 10,000-plus companies it assists across Italy, by offering specialist skills to support them in the innovation processes of Industry 4.0 and sustainability. Innovation has an impact not only on business processes, products and services, and even more so on culture and soft skills which are all about people. Investments in this direction also aim to bridge the significant gap between the skills that businesses want during this phase of digital transformation and the skills that workers actually have.

Paolo Stern, president of Nexumstp, said: “Ambire SB’s reputation, accredited by the certifications and authorisations of the Ministry of Employment, and its nature as a Benefit Company, convinced us to make this important strategic integration. The agreement is part of a process that began about two years ago with the drafting of Nexumstp’s first sustainability report.
